There was no insurrection. Give me ONE person charged for it and now the video is out. An individual, or group of individuals, cannot simply say something happened. Powerful people cannot enslave or assault individuals' based on thoughts. It MUST be proven and that is what our legal system is for. So, when a group of politicized judges get out of control, as they most certainly did usurping the power of the people, then it's appealed for confirmation or correction. The Colorado decision will get overturned, for if it doesn't, half of the country will not stand for political tyranny. I would do this for Democrats or Republicans. Second, l don't understand your Supreme Court's involvement in the Trump immunity claim for criminal acts, other than it only needs a statement of fact from them that there is no immunity. Simple.

The question of presidential immunity should be inextricably linked to conduct, or ethics. This will put SCOTUS in a much tighter spot, as their ethics and the presidential ethics are one and the same. Thus, any rules that they apply to the president will also have to apply to them as well. To be honest, could a member of SCOTUS go out and terminate someone, since the only way they could be held accountable is through articles of impeachment from congress and a conviction from the senate.

Trump is asking the appellate court for a ruling on absolute immunity and if he fails then asking the supreme Court to rule. If either court agrees with Trump and his attorney's position on absolute immunity of a president, what would stop Biden from sending seal team 6 to take out trump prior to the election?
